EVER SINCE I moved to Colorado in the early 1960s, I've been infatuated with rodeo and of course rodeo riders. Back then, I was awed by their courage, their insanity, and their might. Now, however, I see it in a slightly more refined light. Since then, I've actually been able to "live" their lives along with them. Not only have I been able to "ride along", but I've also been able to record these
cowboys' lives in and around the arena.
I've met their sons and daughters, seen their falls and triumphs, and been able to "shoot" them over the years. These shots are testament to my, and their, infinite pride. These cowboys won't be forgotten. Not by me, not by anyone; they're on film.
